Accommodations for 4 days / 3 nights
All accommodations include individual hot mineral spring tubs on private balconies or patios
Multiple daily healing sessions guided by experienced + certified practitioners across the following modalities —
pilates, yoga, breathwork, sound healing + past life regression
All classes will be held in the Healing Arts Dome sanctuary surrounded by acres of forest, hills and meadows
One 30 minute private energetic healing session with Jill Ann or Sabrina
All privately catered meals using organic, local, farm to table ingredients. Vegan and gluten free options available

Retreat Guides
Jill Ann Arnold
Jill Ann Arnold has been a professional practitioner of health and healing since 2004. She is a Second Generation Pilates Teacher and Lolita San Miguel Pilates Master™ and received her primary Pilates education through Body Arts and Science International™ underRael Isacowitz and Karen Clippinger. Jill Ann has trained members of the NBA and NHL, as well as professional dancers and celebrities. She co-developed Elemental Living, a comprehensive nutrition program after completing the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013. Most recently, she has received her Reiki Masters with Lara Elliot Master Reiki Teacher under the Usui Reiki Ryoho Lineage. She enjoys incorporating her multi-faceted understanding of energy medicine, holistic health, wellness, and nutrition into her practice. With over 18 years of teaching experience, Jill Ann specializes in dance conditioning, sports injury, pre/post natal Pilates and Yoga and an advocate for healthy pelvic floor awareness and function.
Jill Ann is a mother of two and is dedicated to leading her pre/post-natal clients through a comprehensive holistic birthing experience. She has studied with Erica Ziel as well as Gurmukh during and after her pregnancies. She values consistency of personal practice and expanding her own knowledge through continuing education. She has had positive birthing experiences utilizing The Bradley Method and Hypnobabies. Jill Ann encourages her clients to navigate their pregnancies with confidence and to develop trust in their own intuition. She is a Kundalini Khalsa Way Yoga teacher and is RYT 200-Hour certified through YogaWorks.
Jill Ann is grateful to co-host her third integrative healing retreat with her highly respected colleague and beloved friend, Sabrina Rollo.
Sabrina Rollo
Sabrina Rollo is an holistic wellness practitioner + grateful Mother of 2. Originally from Connecticut, Sabrina spent her entire childhood dancing + performing. She moved to California + earned a B.A in Dance Science — an emphasis on injury prevention + recovery. As a way to cope with the shocking + life-changing transition into motherhood, Sabrina found a practice in yoga. She has since gone on to deepen into her passions + has become certified in Hatha + Therapeutic Yoga, Sound Healing + Past Life Regression. She is also Reiki Master, Breathwork facilitator + is currently studying Hypnotherapy.
Sabrina is passionate about personal fulfillment and the profound life changes that can happen when we learn to regulate our emotions and trust our self. With gentle support, authentic connection and compassion, Sabrina guides her clients to journey through self-exploration and empowers them to connect deeper with their intuition, bring balance to their emotions, break free from limiting patterns and elevate their lives.
Sabrina is thrilled + honored to be collaborating on this beautiful retreat with Jill Ann — a friend, colleague + inspiration.
Healing Modalities Offered
Movement
Each class will be guided by breath utilizing pilates mat repertoire and proper mechanics of core stability along with strength and stamina. Class will also compose of a mindful yoga flow sequence emphasizing flexibility, inversions, standing and arm balances. Fascia rolling on therapeutic balls will be woven in to complete our practice.
We will also play and hike on the nearby trails for those who would like to enjoy moving in the majestic outdoors of San Luis Obispo.
Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation that creates the opportunity for powerful healing. Intentional breathing helps move stuck emotions through the body + relaxes the conscious mind allowing access to the subconscious for transformational healing.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses the application of sound and vibration to create a therapeutic environment for the body to go into its own natural healing processes.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is a therapeutic technique for accessing and re-experiencing your previous soul journeys to release the patterns that no longer protect and benefit you, freeing you to live more fully in the present. This hypnotic guided meditation leads you deep into the subconscious where beneficial patterns are reinforced and negative patterns are neutralized.
